Course objectives
The aim of this elective subject is unification of basic knowledge about organic nature. The subject is a part of program “Biology for life and health” which is a section of research intention PdF MU “School and Health for 21. Century”. The realization of the subject takes place in an educational center specialized on Sustainable life called “Kejbaly” and in selected envirocentrs. The aim is personal development of a student-teacher, knowledge base of teaching and professional knowledge formation according School Educational Program for Basic Education. The subject contains practical lessons focused on Learning by Doing which are realized as field lessons. It means training of skills, strengthen teacher’s knowledge and creating teacher’s attitudes important to be able to help develop key competences and scientific literacy to scholars according Frame Educational Program for Basic Education. The practical tuitions are intent on integration, activating methods, forms and agents in education mainly for the fields Human and Nature, Human and a World of Work (growing and breeding), Human and Health and cross-section environmental topics. In this subject focused on environmental friendly management, is practically trained as well as knowledge in context or role of teacher in basic education in mentioned study fields.
