Course objectives
The goal of the subject are exercises in spoken language understanding and systematic training of Russian spelling in dictations with following correction of mistakes.
Syllabus
  • Spelling. Typology of mistakes: phonological, lexical, morphological. Punctuation. Dictation samples from literature, technical texts, newspaper news. Correction and analysis of the mistakes.

Regular active participation in the class: two absences per semester are allowed, continuous assessment and doing the required home assignments based on the learnt theory and terminology.
