- Course objectives
- The objective of the subject is to increase and practise of practical of knowledge of the language, as well as to train the oral and written communication. The emphasis is based on increasing of communicative skills having discussions and meetings in the ambit of actual conversational topics. The basic component of the subject is to increase the oral speach in the phonetic, lexical and grammar aspect. The sudents improve their knowlege of reading and listening working with texts and actual periodicals.

- The emphasis is based on increasing of communicative skills having discussions and meetings in the ambit of actual conversational topics Russian culture and art (with using Russian periodics and newspapers). 1. Russian folk applied art. 2. Russian favourite souvenirs. 3. Czech folk art creativity. 4. Russian pinting. Visiting gallery. 5. Russian words "kartina, cholst, polotno". Treir utilization in the ambit of the subject. 6. Particularity of Russian architecture. Visiting the town and its monuments.

- Seminar: Attendance 80% (two absences allowed). Attendance is required also for these students who have the subject registered as repeated To obtain the credit the student must complete and hand in (during the credit week at the latest) an essay on the given topic.
