- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with advanced options ICT in their career, but learning life. Students acquire practical skills with creating web sites, processing of photo and video documentation, mass processing of statistical data, the processing of qualitative data - text, etc. The course builds on the ICT Bachelor's studies and theory builds on previous knowledge and skills.
- Syllabus
- Practical aspects of ICT The basic statistical operations in the Statistica (descriptive statistics, correlation, regression analysis, estimation, the use of graphs, etc.). The basics of photo and video documentation (Pinacle or Premiere, the video editing, sound, subtitles, etc.) The use of LMS in education, educational projects based on the distance elements, student motivation, creating challenges and separate work, etc. Dokumentografické programming languages (HTML, XML, Java Script, Visual Basic Script, etc.) and their use in creating web pages. Theoretical aspects of ICT Basic concepts of theoretical computer science Informatics values, codes and data formats Planning processes in operating systems, parallelism, work in real-time operating systems classification Ways to store data, SŘBD and architecture of information systems Classic and dokumentografické Information Systems Relational databases, relational algebra, relational calculus, and SQL language, designing a data base Classification of computer networks (LAN, MAN, WAN), network topology, network hardware and software Communication in computer networks, an overview of Internet services, types of connections, the differences between the Internet and intranets Design of algorithms, structured and object-oriented programming, universal higher programming languages Antivirus protection of computer systems Backing up data bases Professionally-oriented software, CAD, CAM, CIS, GIS
