Course objectives
The aim of the course is training and improving skills in growing and breeding for the demands of elementary education. The practical training, connected with a theoretical background, contributes to the understanding of relationship between the environment, life style and health. At the end of the course students should be able to: In habitat garden with the biological management of the students tested various methods suitable for the creation, maintenance and care of natural establishment of school gardens and farms, and treatment, suitable for teaching at the 1st contact Wed Such as preventing zoophobia. Understand the findings from the perspective   growing and breeding, helping to understand the context in the: nutrition - food intake, exercise and healthy development of the individual Health - Life   in nature - the emergence and prevention of allergies and diseases Organic agriculture - the production of healthy food and healthy nutrition. The course is the subject of expansion, which focuses on incentives, in the   plane of knowledge, activity and personality, the expertise, methods and forms of work that are interesting for pupils.   Will be taught in blocks. It's one of specialization courses  .
Syllabus
  • Sustainable living and development of society - knowledge of   biological farming, permaculture, and teaching the importance of contact in connection with     flock to school. 1st   Working with information: multimedia, internet, libraries, journals, collections, etc. 2nd Observations and experiments in the school garden to   understanding and practice of basic concepts - skills training for maintenance and care of school gardens. 3rd Contact Tutorial - model farms of educational establishments 4th Custom Project Earth Day (cultivation and rearing) - Direct work with pupils under the direction of   expert.
