- Main objectives can be summarised as follows:
to learn and to practice the foundations of calculations in chemistry and their practical applications. - Syllabus
- 1. Basic laws. Relative atomic and molecular mass. Mol. Molar mass.
- 2. Calculations from chemical formula.
- 3. Equations. Forming of chemical equations. Oxidation/reduction equations.
- 4. Calculations from chemical equation.
- 5. Concentrations. Calculations of solutions concentrations.
- 6. Activity. Ion strength.
