Course objectives
This course follows on from the DE Movement towards theatre form I and continues by the process of staging. In the process of drama form staging students will experience dramaturgy, directorial and performance procedures, as well as procedures connected to the visual and audio elements of the staging process. A stage performance will take place in front of an audience to confirm the use of staging as a specific form of communication. At the end of the course, the student will be able to name various theatre forms, master professional theatre terminology, will also be able to produce a stage play from the dramaturgy aspect as well as direction aspect, communicate with the audience, evaluate the performance and work on it further, value the input of teamwork.

  • 1.Creation of a script 2.Dialoguisation 3.Playing situations 4. Reorganisation of a text based on improvisation 5.Verification of a text through practicing 6.Creation of a production 7.Final rehearsal 8.Performance as a form of communication with audience
