Course objectives
Students can use this class to improve their German in following skill groups: speaking, reading and writing. Thus, the course is primarly based upon discussion and text analysis. This course focuses on skills training for the comprehensive final exam at the end of the semester.
Syllabus
  • The basic learning material is the textbook "Německy s úsměvem nově" (lessons 16 - 18). Students are provided with additional authentic materials to work with.

Assessment methods
A seminar closing with a "zapocet": a written exam focused on vocabulary. A short speach on a chosen topic in the seminar.
