Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: gain and practical applicate of the basic geographical knowledge and abilities aplicated on the nature and society in a real part of landscape; explain the position of local landscape in the framework of the Czech republic; orientate in a real landscape; understand of the maps and and make practical activity with them; safe stage in landscape.

  • 1.The structure of natural components in the curriculum about local landscape
  • 2.The socio-economical components of local landscape
  • 3.The principles of complex geographical evaluation of local landscape
  • 4.Tge geographical position of local landscape in the framework of the Czech Republic
  • 5. Czech Republic in maps and atlases
  • 6.The principles of the usage of maps of great, middle and small scale
  • 7.The principles of the usage general-geograpcical and thematic maps
  • 8.The orientation in a landscape by the help of maps
  • 9.The usage of maps for the preparation of a school expedition
  • 10.The determination of the lenght and course of the school expedition
  • 11.The construction of altitudinal profile of the trace of a school expedition
  • 12.The principles of the safe moving through landscape
