- Course objectives
- At the end of this field practices, students should be able to: (1.) identify basic types of central-european habitats and (2.) some types of south-european (or north-european) ones; (3.) explain relation between ecological factors and biodiversity of selected habitats; (4.) confirm in their abilities of collecting, fixating, preparation, identifying and demonstrating of organisms and other products of nature; (5.) should be able to apply acquired knowledge into their future teachers practice.
- Syllabus
- Alpine nature (Tatrzański NP, Pieniński NP) - botany, ecology, geology, geomorphology, zoology.
- Central-european nature (salt mines, protected areas, esp. NP: caves, forests, marshes, ...) - botany, ecology, geology, geomorphology, zoology.
- Coastal nature and surroundings of the Baltic sea - botany (Slowiński NP), ecology, geology, geomorphology, zoology (Akwarium Gdynia).
