Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to introduce the specificities of teaching a foreign language to preschool children; what way they acquire language as well as methods, which support their language acquisition.
Syllabus
  • Preschool children and foreign language acquisition Using L1 and L2 in the language classroom Listening: stories and fairytales Listen and do: the method of TPR Pantomime with rhymes and fairytales Games with listening and reactions Listening for the development of grammar intuition Listening and determining Listen and make: making according to instruction
