Course objectives
The course focuses on acquiring skills in the application of didactic knowledge in teaching training transport modes. The goal is to teaching basics of analysis of the curriculum, basic skills in designing instruction in the preparation of educational programs especially in the professional education component transport modes. Preparing students for observing practical education (vocational training) in schools - to analyze the situation in the class (group) and work to prepare for lessons. At the end of the course the student will be able to: - Identify specific learning goals in their field. - Carry out analysis of the didactic curriculum and determine the content of teaching training. - Apply teaching methods, forms and resources for teaching training. - Develop specific written preparation for teaching training.
Syllabus
  • Problem areas: 1. Formulation of long-and short-term educational goals in vocational training according to the degree of generality, level of education and content focus. 2. The links between educational goals and standards. 3. Didactic curriculum analysis of practical subjects and vocational subjects selected transportation industries in particular topics. Determination of the teaching training transport modes. 4. The choice of teaching methods, forms and resources in teaching training. Concrete examples. 5. Project teaching of practical subjects, including preparation for lessons. 6. The analysis model situations in the classroom at different stages of education.

Assessment methods
The course is finished by credit. To obtain the credit, students develop a project schedule training in their field by the tutor.
