- Course objectives
- The main aim of the course is an introduction to the fundamentals of social policy and the current legislation in respect to the field of study.
- Syllabus
- Fundamentals of social policy. Social services act (108/2006), social worker, communitay planning, quality standards in social services. Supervision in social services. Social care system. Old age from the perspective of social policy, intergeneration solidarity, education of the elderly, active ageing. Social inclusion, social exclusion. Theories and methods of social work. Unemployment as a social problem. Poverty, feminisation of poverty. Woman in the context of social policy. Burn-out syndrome.
