Course objectives
The aim of the course is to develop sociological view on education and leisure time and to deepen students' knowledge on sociological concepts applicated on this area. This academic season, we are concentrating on these fields of study:sociology of leasuire time, historical concept of leisure time, leisure time in antiquity, in medieval times, in the early modern times, in modern times and in late modern times. The teory of subcultures, the theory of scenes, the teory of fast and slow time.
