Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and explain the principles of machining of metals and use such information in a separate work on metalworking machines and use technical documentation to create products.

  • 1. Principles of safe work on machine tools 2. principles turning 3. Selecting a cutting speed depending material 4. Tool and workpiece 5. Preparation material 6. Making products on the basis of the technical documentation

Teaching methods
Practice those operations, creation of technological processes, individual work by drawing documentation to the extent of the issue.
Assessment methods
Making products according to the technical documentation.Individual work on a semester working on a given subject teacher. Term work will include product, technical documentation in Proge Cad, technological process of production.
