Course objectives
Contents of the course immediately follows on the subject "Study of the company   I".   The first part is focused attention on the characterization of different forms of enterprises according to their basic features, and the definition of the fundamental problems that businesses face in their activities. Another interpretation is focused on the general economy and business issues, therefore, takes place without ties to specific affiliation to the company   particular field or industry. The aim is to put into the issue of corporate functions and key activities.
