Course objectives
After passing the course, students will be able to apply the technique and methodics of athletic disciplines according to the syllabus of 3.-5. year of primary school with possible extension. The student is able to correctly use presented sets Baby athletics ČAS JIPAST and Athletic prep ČAS JIPAST to teaching athletics and other physical activities.
Syllabus
  • 1. Extension of basic athletic concepts, tools for performance measures, types of performance measures and recording, basic rules of the disciplines in question. 2. Improving training exercises for various athletic activities. Using elements of athletic sets ČAS JIPAST design training exercises and games with an athletic focus 3. Methodical and technical encompassment of runner's alphabet, sprints up to 100m with low start, endurance. 4. Technique and methodics of broad jump, high jump, planning the run-up. 5. Technique and methodics of throwing a ball with a run-up.
