- Course objectives
- This exam aims at testing the students' knowledge of the key subjects they have studied in the previous two semesters, namely Practical Language, Grammar, and Phonetics and Phonology. The success in passing it means an important landmark in the students' academic life: they qualify for the next year of their study program and at the same time they achieve an advanced level of their skills and competencies in the English language.
- Syllabus
- The exam consists of 2 main parts : written and spoken. The written part is composed of 3 tests in the following subjects: Practical lang. Grammar Phonetics and Phonology, all three take place on the same day. The spoken part will be held on a separate occasion and will be composed of practical language and phonetics. The final grade is made up by the results of the 4 individual parts.
- No partial results from the previous years will be recognized. Students who take the exam again, have to do all the parts.
