Course objectives
Students will use this class to practice their speaking, writing, and listening skills and enhance their critical thinking. Activities include discussion of issues, analyzing arguments and practicing speaking in classroom. At the end of the course students will be able to understand in depth cultural conventions of speaking and writing in the cultures of English speaking countries.

Assessment methods
There will be discussion, pair-work and group-work. Course Requirements: Attendance is mandatory, students may miss 2 classes but not more. Other requirements: 1. Active participation in lessons. 2. Preparation for lessons and homework where required. 3. Moodlinka course activities. 4. Write a short essay.
