- At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the causes, course and impact of amnesty and specific examples show the progression of the rehabilitation process in Czechoslovakia.

- Putting the issue of what was then the domestic and international political context.
- Preparation, implementation and evaluation of amnesty by President between 1960 and 1962.
- Attempts to judicial rehabilitation before the 1968th
- Preparation and implementation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1968.
