Presumtions: - Active attendance of seminaries. - Writing of scientific essay on theme in area of development of selfcompetence. - Selfreflection interview and defending of scientific essay.

Course objectives
During the course, the students: The students will detect their strong and weak parts in the educational processes. First of all in the individual level (Me in the group) and only then in the social context (Me as a part of the group and partially also Me as an observer). All that will be organized through controlled group dynamics. They will enlarge the skills of self reflection (the emphasis is laid on the level Me as a part of the group behaviour and also Me as a supervisor). They will also learn about the techniques for self cognition, self development, development of the professional cooperation, reflexion of the practice and etc. They will develop own personality and social competence with the emphasis on their future professions. The main emphasis lays in the development facilitating characteristics, group work, improvement of social skills; e.g. communication, cooperation, me language, now and here, group dynamics, cohesion, interaction and etc. They will gain particular skills supporting educational goals, especially in the communication fields, cooperation support (teacher to teacher relationship and also relationship groups of students, clients), self presentation, creativity, pedagogical improvisation and tec. The students will have the chance to understand themselves in the course of the subject.
