Students who write their bachelor thesis at the department of mathematics enroll in this subject. Typically, this is in the fifth semester of their bachelor studies. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The course is designed as a final course encouraging students to write their bachelor thesis meeting all the requirements placed on it. Completion of this course will ensure that the student submits thesis agreed by supervisor. The student should be ready for a successful defense of thesis and aware of the requirements stated by a commission on defense.
- Learning outcomes
- Experience with writing a long text, experience with literature search.
- Syllabus
- The student shall keep in touch with the supervisor of and discuss with him the theme of the thesis.The student will prepare a major part of the thesis and present a part of it in a departmental seminar.

- Individual consultations during the work on thesis.
- Assessment methods
- Credits are awarded for the submission of thesis (or part of it). The student will present the thesis in the seminar.
