Course objectives
Students will acquire basic knowledge in the field of reeducation and intervention to pupils with specific learning disabilities. After passing the seminar the student will be understand and be able to explain the issue of reeducation and learn the basic methods of reeducation for pupils with specific learning disabilities
Syllabus
  • Forms of pupils education with SPU in CR; Organization of reeducational care in individual forms. • General characteristics of specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dysortography, dyscalculia), important for reading, counting and writing. • Initial reading and writing. • Methods of developing weakened functions in preschool children and children with postponement of school attendance. • Methods focused on reeducation of perceptual-cognitive functions (visual / auditory perception). • Methods for reeducation of individual disorders: dyslexia. • Methods for reeducation of individual disorders: dysgraphy. • Methods for reeducation of individual disorders: dysortography. • Methods for reeducation of individual disorders: dyscalculia. • Developing pupils' personality with SPU.
