- Course objectives
- Upon completion of the course the students will be able to understand, explain and use the knowledge of outdoor tourism and stays in nature with a focus on health supporting physical activity.
- Syllabus
- 1. - 2. Games in a meadow focused on the use of natural materials, cooperation and team spirit, types of rope obstacles suitable for preschool children.
- 3. - 4. Field games, unconventional outdoor physical games and sports games. Free running activities focused on basic locomotion – climbing, jumping, balancing, coordination exercises.
- 5. - 6. Forest and field games, adventure games.
- 7. - 8. Water games.
- 9. - 12. Suggestions for relaxing, compensatory and leisure activities in a natural environment.
