- Course objectives
- The aim of the seminar is to understand principles of effective pedagogical communication, specifics in communication with pupils´ parents, basic human needs and its reflection in interpersonal communication.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of the course the student is able to: recognize effective from ineffective communication explain the questions’ typology of teacher issues, and their effectiveness for pupil's understanding manage the classroom meeting in accordance with specific communication with parents reflect critically their own way of communication

- Introduction - Evocation, students experience with pedagogical communication Power at classroom Teacher`s question Pupil`s answer Evaluation, providing feedback Managing the classroom meeting, communication with parents and other members of educational process School practice and connected homework Reflection of pedagogical communication at school practice Principles of effective communication Needs and feelings expressed in communication Active listening, empathy Managing with negative emotions Presentation teacher`s skills – students` speech with group reflection and self reflection
