Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand the basic features of Russian childrens literature; to learn the history of Russian childrens literature of 20th century; to understand the relations between childrens literature, art and music and to read the main representatives of Russian childrens literature.
Learning outcomes
- to describe the most important stages of the development of literature for children and youth - Identify and summarize the most important features of each development period - identify the specifics of literature for children and youth

  • 5. Russian childrens literature in emigration (Chernyj, A. Tolstoy)
  • 6. Russian childrens literature (50th-60th years). Blaginina, Michalkow, Zahoder, Tokmakova
  • 7. The prosa for children (Nosov, Uspensky, Dragunsky, Koval, Pogodin)
  • 8. Russian childrens literature in the post-Soviet era (Emec, Oster, Petrushevskaya)

Assessment methods
Oral colloquium in Russian, its obligatory part is reading (at least 3 books) and seminar work in Russian language on selected topics (3000 characters) + its presentation at the contact lessons.

General note: Pokud se přihlásí méně než 10 studentů, výuka se nebude konat. Studenti mohou chodit do odpovídajících předmětů katedry ruského jazyka a literatury.
