Course objectives
At the end of the course students will develop of knowledge of characteristics of divisions, classes, selected species cyanobacteria, algae and fungi. Utilize the knowledge gained at elementary school.
Learning outcomes
- the student uses the correct professional biological terminology and is able to select concepts and phenomena corresponding to the level of primary school pupils;
- the student selects and uses model organisms in the teaching to document selected concepts and phenomena;
- the student works with biological material and processes it in the form of didactic means for the needs of primary school.
Syllabus

Teaching methods
Form of teaching: videolectures
Methods of teaching: frontal teaching, explanation, group teaching Form of teaching: laboratory excercise.
Methods of teaching: instruction, observation, work with literature, discussion
Assessment methods
Each student chooses either task 1 or 2 and will work on it:
1. Creates a teaching aid (aids) and suggests its use (everything you know from didactics, nature to poster / presentation, please insist: they are active pupils, not a teacher) on a topic (possibly broader: mushrooms or narrower: unicellular algae, mold, ...) 2. Plans and implements the experiment / observation, shoots a video about the experiment, adds working / lab. sheet, method sheet By a certain date, the student will enter the required materials into the submission room, other students and teachers will study them (we will have about a week to do so) and at the time of teaching (according to the schedule) we will contact Teams and discuss and evaluate them.
Course completion conditions:
Complete one of the two tasks, study the materials / completed tasks of the others, actively participate in the discussion during their evaluation.
