- Course objectives
- Student should understand the main legal terms and legal classification which are part of the Czech legal system.
- Learning outcomes
- She will be able to assign legal solutions to important situations and cases. She will be also able to determine effective support and help by law. She will know basic law terms as well as the selected parts of the school legislation and the right of equal treatment.

- lectures, class discussions, homework, case interpretation
- Assessment methods
- A common form of the exam is a written test, however it is possible to prioritize the oral exam. In both cases it is required to cope with test questions min. to 70%. The test will be organized at the end of the first as well as second semester.
