- After this course, students should be able to: -describe and explain the structure and function of the human body -implement a simple examination of the mechanism of equilibrium -provide an efficient first aid -recognize the most common disorders of the structure and function of organs systems -the student is able to use the acquired knowledge in educational practice -understands the specific needs of child's organism
- Learning outcomes
- Student: - uses the correct professional anthropological terminology and is able to select concepts and physiological processes corresponding to the level of primary school pupils - demonstrates simple examinations of organ functions and the influence of alcohol on the child's organism - Apply effective first aid according to the latest recommendations of the European Resuscitation Commission - defines the most common disorders of the structure and function of individual systems, identifies the specific needs of the child organism and can use it in pedagogical practice
- Syllabus
- 1)-2) Examination of individual functions of the sensory system. 3)-4) Examination of individual functions of the skin system. Dermatoglyphics. 5)-6) First Aid - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, AED, Toughening, Massive Bleeding, Asthma and Epileptic Seizure, ... 7)-8) Examination of human balance and external influences on them. The influence of alcohol on the human organism and its balance. 9)-10) Investigation of human reflexes and reaction times. 11)-12) Final summary of human organ systems through game.
