- Prerequisites
- Communication is a basic feature of all living organisms. It is impossible not to communicate. Human communication is based on physiological foundations that are projected into the mental layer. These factors generate crucial differences in the quality of communication and at the same time in the formation of relationships with other people. There are certain shifts in the virtual space that greatly shift the ways and conditions of communication. An entire part of the communication is conflict. It cannot be avoided still it can be the driving force to solve the problem situation. Therefore it is important to focus on ways of resolving conflicts. Prejudices in society allow and support the growth of conflicts, both constructive and destructive.
