- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- Natural Science for Education (programme PdF, B-PR3S) (2)
- Course objectives
- Students get view about origin and building of the Earth and take up with basic endogenous and exogenous geological processes at the end of the course BIp004 Inorganic Nature 2. Students will obtain main informations about geological structure of Czech Republic and its geological evolution from Proterozoic to recent.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to explain the Earth origin and building and describe the basic endogenous and exogenous geological processes applied to its formation. She can interpret the essential features of the geological structure of the Czech Republic and describe the main stages of its geological development from Proterozoic to present. The acquired knowledge can be applied in a simplified form in the teaching process at elementary school.
