- Course objectives
- To facilitate reflection on pedagogical work by practicing teachers and their experiences as beginning teachers and recent graduates of Ped MUNI. The course should contrast didactic theory and faculty practice by providing advice on how to adapt to the unique environments of individual schools, classrooms, and students. It will present unexpected situations from practice in the form of subjective experiences of lecturers and how they dealt with them.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student should know and be able to: Apply theory to practice. Be enriched by subjective experiences in real practice.

- Sharing ideals from faculty versus the realities of practice Bureaucratic burden Cultivating relationships with class teams, colleagues, management and parents Coping with the pressure, stress, and longevity of the school year process Teacher's position in the labour market When to teach and when not to teach Coping with crisis situations, adapting "faculty theory" to the real environment

- Seminar through guided discussions and self-reflective teaching methods.
- Assessment methods
- Mandatory attendance at seminars (80%) and a joint final colloquium.
