Course objectives
The aim is to provide students with seminar orientation in specialized literature - orientation in the bibliography, especially in journals, and in other periodicals, including publications of conferences and other occasional professional writings. Students will acquire a review and assessment activity, focus on writing annotations, resume, reviews and criticism, and will be able to confront different attitudes to the same issue, express and defend their views.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course the student will be able to:
- focus on professional literary journals;
- orientate in important publications from conferences and other publications;
- analyze review, expert critique or study;
- write annotation and review based on theoretical knowledge.

  • 1. Significant conferences in the field development from the 1920s to the present. 2. Specialized conference papers as well as faculty proceedings periodical or occasional. 3. Literary magazines. 4. Methodology of review and assessment activities.
