- Course objectives
- The educational objectives of the course are knowledge of basic topics of general didactics of secondary vocational education; basic reproductive skills of working with educational goals (FEP VET), didactic principles and teaching technology. Knowledge and skills are always focused on vocational training.
Knowledge : educational goals, contents, methods, forms and means, diagnostics and motivation in teaching, the role of teacher in teaching, all with a strong emphasis on secondary vocational education.
Skills : learning the basics of defining goals and content in secondary vocational education, applying teaching technologies to secondary vocational education (methods, forms and means); application of diagnostics and motivation in secondary vocational education.
Attitudes : to accept the importance of the principles and other rules of general didactics of secondary vocational education. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
- Understand the definition of general didactics and their principles,
- Implement the basic stages of didactic transformation of content, work with goals and understand the Maňák teaching scheme
- To accept general didactics as a key discipline for the vocational training of a teacher of vocational training - Syllabus

- 2. The role of general didactics in teacher training, school systems.
- 3. Terms of general didactics and general didactics of secondary vocational education.
- 4. Didactic principles.
- 5. Educational objectives of vocational education stated in FEP SOV and work with them
- 6. Educational contents of vocational education and their didactic transformation.
- 7. Methods, forms and means of teaching used in secondary vocational education.
- 8. Conditions of vocational education - class climate, pupil's concept of curriculum.
- 9. Teacher's concept of teaching.
- 10. Diagnosis and classification of pupils.
- 11. Structure of teacher personality and activities in vocational education, preparation, implementation and reflection.
