Course objectives
Subject trade legislation is intended to enable orientation in national legislation and legislation. EU different legal force, which is related to the selected commodities
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
Apply and respect national legislation in business.

  • Existing legislation related to the sale of food and non-food commodities. The law on foodstuffs and tobacco products The law on the protection of public health The law on health care Law on organic farming Act on the use of genetically modified organisms Act on viticulture and winemaking Law SZPI The Law on COI Consumer Protection Law The law on technical requirements for products The law on general product safety The law on liability product The law on packaging and waste The law on chemical substances and preparations The law on hallmarking and precious metal testing The Law on Trademarks Detailed rules for the above-mentioned laws Regulation, decisions and recommendations of the EU Directive relating to the issue
