Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able teach mathematics in the primary school. Student will understand the methods and forms in mathematical education, methods which support the development of creative thinking of the student in mathematics. At the end of the course students should be able to teach mathematics in the primary school. Student will understand the methods and forms in mathematical education, necessary knowledge and skills to teaching of arithmetic and geometry in primary school.
Learning outcomes

Syllabus
  • Natural numbers, basic operations. Fractions,decimals. Functions. Geometrical knoweledge and skills are developed in many domains: terms, drawing, declaring and numerical geometry. Methodic and didactic analysis of the primary mathematics subject matter. Natural numbers, fractions, decimals. Basic operations. Projects methods. Geometry: point, line, plane, triangle, square, rectangle, circle. Solids figure. Measurement. Symmetry. Applications.
