Course objectives
Employ fitness physical education focusing on volleyball and basketball.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to use elements of basketball and voleyball. Repeated enrollment in the course allows for maintenance of individual fitness and physical performance during the course of study.

  • Practice of basic game skills concerning volleyball and basketball, their application in the game itself.
