- Course objectives
- The Graphic Design Studio extends the knowledge and skills of the students obtained by completing the Graphic Design course. During the semester there will be a series of lectures thematic mapping the various areas of graphic design (see syllabus). At the same time, the students will solve the various semestral tasks, whose assignment will be based on the discussed topics.
- Learning outcomes
- To teach students how to graphically design projects in the field of graphic design, including practical implementation. The student will become aware of the genre and technological diversity of graphic design. He / she will gain the theoretical and practical knowledge of typography. He can independently design and implement a simpler, as well as a conceptually more complicated project in the field of graphic design practice (eg graphic design of the book including illustrations, uniform visual style, information design, graphic campaign fragment, etc.). It recognizes the social importance and responsibility of the work of the designer and the role of the designer - educator.
