Course objectives
Physical bases analytical method. Biophysical principles function live systems. Bioenergy and interaction live organism neighboured.
Temperature measuring, dampness, viscosity, specific materiality.. Electric metering - current measurement, metering resistance, strain measuring, metering potential galvanic cell (principles potentiometry), electromyography, migration of ion in electricity field.
Fundamental principles and manners communication gauging apparatus with computer technique (interface).
Optical apparatus - microscope, polarimeter, refractometer, spectroscope, diffraction grating, optical prism, spectrophotometry, colorimetry and calorimetry.
