- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical science disciplines is required for participation in seminars, needed to conduct professional interview with the patient, preferably in relation to the subject of pharmaceutical care.

- Introducing issues of patient - pharmacist relationship , interviewing, nonverbal characteristics, verbal characteristics, asking questions, verifying of understanding.
