Course objectives

The student should be able to:
I. Provide pharmaceutical care by:
correctly identifying, satisfactorily solving and effectively preventing the drug-related problems

II. Better society (i.e., societal responsibilities) by:
promoting health and well being
playing an active role in shaping health-care policies, practices and education
conducting research to further the knowledge needed to advance health-care generally and medicine use specifically

Learning outcomes

After attending the course the student will be able:
provide pharmaceutical care in clinical practice
classify the patient's drug related problems and work with it
process the patient's drug case report and evaluate it

  Psychology and communication with patients
  Pharmaceutical care - geriatric patients
  Drug related problems and interactions
  Pharmaceutical care in outpatient practice
  Pharmaceutical care in hospitals
  Ways of Elaboration of case studies, possibilities of pharmacist intervention
