- Course objectives
- In this course, students will learn the basic approaches to style analysis. Emphasis will be placed primarily on the practical acquisition of stylometric methods.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, students should be able to: - understand the essence of basic approaches in stylistics; - apply selected stylometric methods appropriately; - interpret the results of stylistic analyses properly; - learn the principles of empirical analyses (basics of descriptive and inferential statistics applied in style analysis).
