Teaching methods
Work with texts (with the use of analytical-synthetic method) is emphasized in seminars. Interpretations of texts are realized as collective tasks in seminars and then checked in individually elaborated seminar works. Students will also explore the possibilities of AI. Students will be actively involved in the course of the seminars in the form of group projects, research teaching (2 teaching units) and simulation teaching (1 teaching unit). Students will have the opportunity to get to know the material aspect and the library context during an excursion to the Moravian Library (Department of Manuscripts and Old Prints).
Assessment methods
Before each lesson, students review the materials in the interactive curriculum (primary text, secondary text) and participate in a discussion forum. Student peer review of essays and teacher acceptance of the term paper is a prerequisite for access to the exam. The oral exam takes the form of a debate over a selected literary period. Students create a portfolio during the course, from which they can then draw in the oral examination.
