Course objectives
The aim of the series of follow-up study seminars is to support the student's competences to cope with full distance learning, the requirements for its completion, and systematic professional advancement.
Thus, the sub-objectives are: promoting information literacy, self-directed learning in an online environment, creating and sharing the outcomes of the design process, and systematic professional development.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course:
- Students strengthened selected dimensions of information literacy: information seeking, research, information evaluation, information creation and information sharing,
- students strengthened a selected dimension of self-directed learning: time and task management, planning for learning and development, creating and maintaining a personal learning environment, creating and maintaining a personal learning network, reflecting on learning and studying, working with feedback, learning in a networked environment,
- students strengthened a selected area of creating and sharing the output of the design process: communicating with a mentor, defining a design problem or part of a design problem, communicating and sharing the output of the design process,
- students strengthened a selected dimension of professional development: establishing a professional portfolio, planning professional development, reflection, consultation.

Teaching methods
- Asynchronous learning (text, video, podcast, interactive materials) - Synchronous consultation (individual mentoring and tutoring, group consultation through peer-learning)
Assessment methods
The student demonstrates completion of the asynchronous or synchronous lesson (by completing an assignment, quiz,...).
