Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the principles and techniques of agile management with an emphasis on the application in the management of information services, including public service environments (libraries, offices, etc.).
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will:
- will understand the differences between project and agile management,
- know the basics of agile project management methodologies,
- will understand the roles of an agile couch (SCRUM master) and other roles in an information service development team.

  • 3. Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, ...)
  • 4. Agile management and product management
  • 5. Agile team management (agile couch / SCRUM master and his role)
