- Course objectives
- The Seminar of Musicology I is intended for beginners of music science. During the course the students will acquire the basic methods and techniques of musicological research (work with historical sources, research in systematic musicology) and will get acquainted with some basic genres of musical texts (review of professional texts, research on the state of research of a particular problem). Part of the course is an excursion to the most important music archives in the area.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will acquire the basic methods and techniques of musicological research (work with historical sources, research in systematic musicology) and will basically master the basic genres of musical texts (review of professional text, study of the state of research on a particular problem).

- The main aim of this proseminar is to master and excersize the elementary musicological work.
