Course objectives
The aim of this course is to apply the skills and knowledge required for intercultural communication.
Learning outcomes
After completing this cross-cultural and transdisciplinary internship course, students will acquire first-hand experiences of intercultural communication. They will be able to develop their own internship project and determine sources for their own project, and demonstrate their ability to compile, assess, and analyze information.
Syllabus
  • The seminar tutor will organize internship in intercultural communication that involves the Chinese language/culture, which is to take place in the second half of July. Details will be provided around mid May.
Teaching methods
The students will receive training before the internship.
In this internship course, students become researchers on intercultural communication themselves and develop their own internship project.
Assessment methods
In this course, students should keep an internship diary, based on which, a written report (around 1,000 words, with photos where necessary) must be submitted at the end of the course.
