Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the particular periods, concepts, terms and strategies of one of the most influential areas of a literary theoretical investigation of the twentieth century.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course the student will be able: a) understand particular periods of the development of structuralist literary criticism; b) to characterize specifics of the core concepts of the particular periods; c) to view structuralist literary criticism against the background of wider literary theoretical conceptions.
