Course objectives
Target audience are European students of Norwegian language and literature on bachelor, master and PhD. level, all students interested in Norwegian literature Enrollment/entering/registration of the participants through the international department of Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. All students will be contacted latest medio February by the administration. Keywords: Norwegian literature in history and present; the variety of genres in the Norwegian literature; cultural discourse topics in the changing society; challenges of translatology, reception and new technologies today. Explanation and motivation: a/ to mediate the nowadays Norwegian literature exploration in Norway and Europa b/ to open the possibility to meet each other off-line, in natural settings in a Central European city at a department that reminds 50 years of Scandinavian Studies at MU. c/ to follow directly the every day programme at the Literature Festival MAČ with 31 invited Norwegian Authors such as Erika Fatland, Bjarte Breiteig, Nina Grünfeld, Johan Harstad, Nina Lykke, Tom Egeland, Åsne Seierstad, Are Kalvø og mange andre.
Learning outcomes
