- Course objectives
- Norwegian literature history from the beginnings into the 19th century. At the end of the course students shoud be able to understand and explain the role of the most important Norwegian writers.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: outline the main epochs of Norwegian literature until the 19th century; characterize the biography and the main works of significant writers; to discuss the historical and social context of the literary production.
